Healthy Shiftwork is proud to partner with the 10,000 Steps Program
— an evidence-based initiative that helps people move more and feel better. The program offers free, interactive tools to track steps, set goals, and build physical activity into everyday life, supported by expert guidance from CQUniversity researchers. 10,000 Steps is delivered by CQUniversity and funded by Health and Wellbeing Queensland, the Queensland Government, and Preventive Health SA, Government of South Australia.
