WORKPLACE SOLUTIONS
PARTNER WITH US
The Appleton Institute offers tailored, science-backed products and services to help workplaces improve staff health, wellbeing, safety, and performance—particularly in shiftwork settings.
We bring together excellence in research, teaching, and community engagement to co-design practical solutions that work in real-world environments. Whether you're after a one-off session or an ongoing collaboration, we’ll shape our support to suit your needs.
OUR SERVICES
Employee Training / Microlearning
• Healthy Shiftwork and Fatigue Management Training delivered in-person by our research team or through a train-the-trainer model.
• E-learning modules for staff—engaging 15–20 min sessions on sleep, fatigue, nutrition, physical activity, or other relevant health topics.
• Programs can be aligned with annual learning objectives and CPD point requirements.
New Content & Tailoring
We can redesign existing content using your organisation’s specific language and imagery.
We also create new infographics and materials along with our creatives team tailored to your roster types, priority health topics, or operational needs.
Professional Development
We offer tailored professional development for staff in health and wellbeing roles—such as health and safety representatives, occupational health teams, psychologists, and HR.
These sessions build knowledge and confidence to support healthy shiftwork practices and manage fatigue-related challenges across the workforce.
Fatigue Management System Review
We work with organisations to strengthen or build their fatigue management systems, through:
Fatigue Management System Audits
Development of Fatigue Risk Management Systems
Facilitation of Fatigue Risk Assessments
Roster Reviews
Data Collection to Support Ongoing Monitoring and Evaluation
